Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the Holmes Freightline website or send a hauling inquiry. Holmes Freightline (HFL) handles its business inquiries. Gant Technology Group LLC, through GTG Studio, operates the website and inquiry technology on HFL’s behalf.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and load information, including material, job frequency, pickup and delivery areas. You may also provide your company, phone number, quantity, requested date, and notes. Phone and email inquiries contain the information you choose to share directly.

Please provide only what is needed to discuss the job. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, payment-card information, medical information, or other sensitive records through this form.

How information is used

HFL uses inquiry details to respond, evaluate route and equipment fit, discuss availability and pricing, and keep related business records. GTG Studio uses limited technical records to deliver inquiries, prevent duplicates and abuse, and investigate delivery problems. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Providers and sharing

Form details pass through GTG Studio’s website service to HFL dispatch by email. The current providers include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Vercel for the inquiry service and private technical records, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information needed to provide their services. The main page also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a browser request to Google.

HFL and GTG may disclose information when needed to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, or address misuse and security issues. The inquiry form is not connected to advertising audiences or a marketing subscription list.

Technical information, cookies, and local files

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times, and security cookies or similar technologies. The website does not include a GTG-installed advertising pixel or marketing analytics tracker. Service providers may use operational technologies under their own policies.

If you use Download Brief, your browser creates a file on your device. Keep that file secure. Choosing to copy information uses your device’s clipboard. These actions are separate from sending the inquiry form.

Retention and security

Inquiry content is delivered to dispatch by email. The inquiry service keeps technical submission and abuse-prevention records rather than a separate database of the full form message. Those records can include submission references, delivery identifiers, timestamps, content hashes, and hashed rate-limit identifiers.

HFL’s email correspondence, GTG’s technical records, and provider logs have different retention arrangements. There is currently no automatic deletion deadline promised for all of these records. Contact us to request a review of information associated with your inquiry. Records may need to be retained for ongoing work, disputes, security, or legal obligations.

HTTPS and restricted service access help protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Email is not a suitable channel for highly sensitive documents.

Your requests and choices

You can choose phone or email instead of the form. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights, contact HFL at xvh@holmesfrieghtline.com or (843) 729-0329. For the website’s technical handling of an inquiry, contact studio@ganttechnologygroup.com. We may need to verify a request and coordinate with HFL or a provider; applicable exceptions may limit what can be deleted or disclosed.

Children, external services, and changes

This business website is intended for hauling inquiries, not children under 13. Do not knowingly submit children’s personal information. External websites and email services have their own privacy practices. We will update this page when the website’s practices change and show the revised date above.
