Website Terms
These website terms describe the Holmes Freightline information and inquiry service. They do not replace a separately agreed hauling contract, quote, insurance document, or other job-specific agreement.
Inquiries and job acceptance
Calling, emailing, or submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a truck, confirm a job, establish a rate, or guarantee a response time. HFL must separately confirm route, material, loading/disposal requirements, equipment fit, schedule, pricing, and job terms before accepting work.
The requested start date is a preference, not a confirmed booking. A successful form message means the email provider accepted the inquiry for sending; it does not prove dispatch has received, read, or accepted it. Call or email dispatch for urgent requests.
Website information
The website describes hauling inquiry categories and South Carolina service coverage. Availability and suitability vary by job. Website examples do not establish equipment specifications, permits, insurance coverage, operating authority, or the ability to accept a particular load. Ask HFL for the current documents and confirmations relevant to your project.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact and load details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful material, spam, malicious files, or sensitive personal or financial documents. Sending an inquiry authorizes HFL and the website service providers to handle it for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice; it does not authorize unrelated marketing.
Payments and other agreements
This website does not collect payment, store payment-card details, or sell subscriptions. Arrange job pricing, invoicing, and payment directly with HFL under the agreed job terms. GTG Studio provides website technology and does not act as the hauling carrier, broker, or contracting party for HFL jobs.
Content and acceptable use
Website branding, photographs, text, and other content belong to their respective owners. Do not use the site to misrepresent HFL, interfere with service, bypass security controls, or copy protected materials without appropriate permission. Ordinary viewing, sharing a link, and preparing your own inquiry are welcome.
Service availability and accessibility
The website and form may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. If submission is uncertain, contact dispatch before sending repeated copies.
